Free set-up (up to 2 colors one side ) on orders of 150-599

Free set-up (up to 3 colors one side) on orders of 600-1,200

Completely free set-up on all orders over 1,200


Extra set-up for flash print layer sometimes required for light colored inks on dark shirts for best quality print.

Screen Printing Information:

Minimum quantity is 24 shirts per design.
Free Shipping on all orders.
Set-up charges: $35.00 per color, per side.
Normal production time is 5-10 business days from receipt of final art approval.
Art files must be in vector format with fonts outlined and saved in .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .psd files. Photoshop files  
must be  saved at 300 dpi with layers not flattened.

How do I know the correct print dimensions?

Our largest print dimension is 14.5" tall OR wide, however the standard t-shirt print is 12.5". Print dimensions are really dependent on the
location and detail of the design. Our art department can help you size your design for the look you are trying to achieve.

Do I have to get all the same size?

You can order multiple sizes! They can even all be on the same order, which gets you a better price, as long as we can print the same size
design on all of them.


Do I have to get all the same color garment?

You can get multiple colors within the same order as long as the ink colors and design remain the same.


Are white garments cheaper than colors?

Yes, white garments are a little bit less expensive, but not by much! If you want a colored garment but are looking to reduce your cost,
reduce the number of ink colors instead!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We allow SIX business days for production after you have approved artwork. Your order will ship on the next business day. Delivery time
varies depending on your location.

How much does it cost for Images Elite to design my artwork?

We have no art fees for simple and standard art with your custom garment order. Images Elite reserves the right to apply a $199 art charge
for complex art.

What happens when I e-mail my art?

When you upload your art, it is sent to us to view! We take a look at it and email you back within 24 hours with questions or comments. If you
have questions, you can include those in the comments section before uploading your artwork.


What types of files do you accept?

Vector art built in Adobe illustrator is the best to send us, but we have a wide range of file types we can use. You can visit our Art
Information Page for a comprehensive list.


Do you have free shipping?

Yes! We have free shipping for orders less then 999 garments via UPS Ground to anywhere in the US, except Alaska or Hawaii. If you need
shipping outside of these parameters, shipping fees may apply.


What if my job is complex?

Images Elite is happy to take on your complex job! Understand however, there may be a $199 charge if your job is complex.
